Launch team recieves $10,000 check. Church is forming their core group and expected to launch in the fall of 2018.

 

The United States is ripe with Gospel opportunities. More than 3,700 churches close every year. Nearly 500 people groups now live in our neighborhoods. More than 80% of our churches are plateaued or in a state of decline. The United States is now the third largest mission field in the world.

Church planting is the most effective means of turning the tide and seizing the opportunity to reach people who are far from God. The time is now to plant new Regular Baptist Churches. For that reason, the Regular Baptist Builders Club offers up to $30,000 in start-up funds (50% grant / 50% loan) for churches, mission agencies, or state organizations to help with church planting efforts. These funds can be used in the prenatal, birth (launch), and growth of the church in the first three years of the church’s existence.

The Regular Baptist Builders Club also offers nearly $30,000 in products and services to help church plants get established in ministering to their communities.

We pray this initiative will encourage more leaders to consider church planting ministries. Below is assistance that could be available:

Prenatal—Year 1

  • $10,000 check for postcard/blitz advertising and for assistance with church’s temporary rental location (year 1 only)
  • Website design
  • Brochure design and printing costs
  • Baptist Bulletin spotlight on the church plant
  • Chaplain work in the community in conjunction with Regular Baptist Chaplaincy, led by Regular Baptist Ministries

Birth/Launch—Year 2

  • $10,000 check (presented at the GARBC Conference)
  • Website design
  • Sunday brochure design and up-front printing costs
  • Teacher/leader training
  • 1 year of RBP material
  • 1 year of Baptist Bulletin subscriptions
  • Baptist Bulletin spotlight on the church plant (update)
  • Strategic planning and financial planning assistance
  • Paid registrations for entire church to attend the GARBC Conference (1st year, after churches’ official organization)
  • $1,000 for entire church to use for travel to GARBC Conference

Growth—Year 3

  • $10,000 check for land/building costs (presented at the GARBC Conference)
  • Baptist Bulletin spotlight on the church plant (update)
  • Organizing established churches to help with equipment and furnishings
