Churches need to be equipped to share the gospel.
All churches endure seasons of spiritual growth and decline. Whether your church is growing rapidly or feeling stuck, many pastors often don’t know what to do next.
In seasons of uncertainty, it’s normal for churches to focus inward and struggle to reach those who are outside the church, losing sight of God’s mission and leading to frustration and confusion.
Re-engage in God’s mission
Just like in Jesus’s parable of the talents, we’re called to be faithful with what we have been given—whether it’s a thriving church or a challenging season of ministry.

A church of 25 people began working to revitalize their congregation. Over the next 3-4 years, the church grew to about 50 people and was able to hire a new pastor. Generate provided resources and training to help move this ministry forward. A year and a half later, the church had grown to 130 people and was ready to plant a new church.
A church received a grant to help them plant a church in Grand Blanc, Michigan, which launched in January 2022. The new church plant now averages a weekly attendance of 175 people, and had over 300 people in attendance on Easter Sunday.
