The Leadership Pipeline is rooted in a three-phase process designed to create a farm system of leadership development within local churches. We are eager to help churches apply the Biblical principles of leadership development contained in Paul’s command to Timothy: “And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” II Timothy 2:2
